About Me

Hey there! Welcome!

I’m Marj — creator of MindSketch Lab.

I’ve rebuilt my life more than once. Recovery, reinvention several times, and real-world resilience are baked into everything I teach.

I help people slow the noise in their heads and reconnect with what matters — using neurographic art, journaling, and a no-fluff approach to personal growth.

No toxic positivity. No fake cheerleading. Just tools that work when life feels like too much.

I help people untangle the noise in their heads so they can move forward — even when life feels like a mess.

I use tools like neurographic art, journaling, and real-life mindset shifts to help you reconnect with yourself, reset your focus, and stop spinning in circles. No art skills required. No endless self-improvement loop. Just small, creative steps that actually work.

Why I do this work

I’ve rebuilt my life through addiction recovery, burnout, and reinvention. Not by reading self-help books, but by doing the work — messy, honest, daily work.

MindSketch Lab was born from that journey. For a few years now politics and global events have been trying to rob me of my serenity. I know I am not having feelings of worry, helplessness and all that goes along with unwanted changes.

By stepping up my own mindful practices I began to feel a shift and started sharing with my friends and we all agreed I am onto something! By adding simple neurographic art drawing with my writing and other exercises I started feeling a lot better.

I am no longer feel crippled by sadness and fear and each day is a lot easier to ease into.

This space is for people who are ready to do things differently — who are tired of trying to “fix” themselves and want real tools to feel clear, grounded, and alive again.

What to expect inside MindSketch Lab

  • Draw your way through tough emotions
  • Write what you’re too overwhelmed to say out loud
  • Get clarity without the chaos
  • Create space for your own voice to come through

This is slow, steady, creative self-reclamation.
You ready?

Peace,
Marj
